Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges can be accepted if the canvas bag and notebooks was custom produced.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time takes around 5-10 days. and will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail Or UPS Ground depending on the size of the package.
Each order is made and packaged as they come in so there may be orders in front of you holding up the shipping time.
