Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges can be accepted if the canvas bag, pouch bags, keychains and badges was custom produced.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping Info
Processing time takes around 5-10 days. and will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail Or UPS Ground depending on the size of the package.
Each order is made and packaged as they come in so there may be orders in front of you holding up the shipping time. But your order will be shipped within the estimated time frame (weekends do not count as business days - if you purchased on a weekend it may seem longer). Thank you for your patience!
